How long do payouts take?+
R$ from offers usually lands within minutes. Some offers are held up to 24 hours while the advertiser confirms them. Every card claim is checked by a person before it goes out, and we aim to do that within 24 hours.
Why wasn't my offer credited?+
The most common cause is a VPN or proxy — advertisers won't pay for traffic they can't verify, so we can't credit it either. Turn it off before starting an offer. If you're sure it's wrong, contact support with the offer name and the time you did it.
