Draft — not yet in force. This document still contains unfilled placeholders and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It must not be relied on, and the site must not accept signups against it.
What do I need to claim a reward?
Four things — or three, depending on the site settings:
- A balance of at least 1,834 R$.
- A linked Roblox account, proven with a short code in your profile description.
- A confirmed email address.
- A referral requirement exists but is currently switched off. If we turn it on we will say so first.
Your progress on all of these is on your dashboard from the day you sign up. Full detail is in section 5 of the Terms.
How do I earn R$?
Go to Earn, pick an offer, and do what it says — usually installing an app and opening it, or completing a short survey. The R$ you will get is shown on the offer before you click, and that is the amount you receive.
How long until my R$ arrives?
Usually a few minutes. Some offers are held for up to 24 hours while the advertiser confirms the completion — held R$ shows on your balance as pending and becomes spendable when the hold ends.
My offer didn’t credit. Why?
The usual causes, in the order worth checking:
- It is still within the hold window. Check whether it shows as pending.
- The offer’s requirements were not fully met. “Reach level 5” means reach level 5 — advertisers do not pay for a partial completion, so we are not paid either.
- You had a VPN, proxy or emulator on. Advertisers reject that traffic. See below.
- You had already completed that offer. Most offers pay once per person.
If none of those fit, email support@[YOURDOMAIN] with the offer name and roughly when you completed it. We can look up exactly what the network sent us.
Why am I asked to turn off my VPN?
Advertisers cannot verify a completion that came through a VPN, proxy, Tor or a datacenter connection, so they refuse to pay for it. If we credited you anyway we would be paying out of our own pocket for something we were never paid for — and a high rate of refused traffic puts our whole advertiser relationship at risk.
Turn it off and refresh, or switch to mobile data. This is not an accusation; it is just the only connection type that gets paid.
How do I link my Roblox account?
We give you a short code. You paste it into your Roblox profile description, click Check, and we read your public profile to confirm it is there. Then you can remove the code.
We will never ask for your Roblox password. Nobody legitimate ever will. Anyone who does is trying to steal your account.
What can I claim, and what is my R$ worth?
Roblox gift cards, in these denominations:
- $10 Roblox Gift Card — 1,834 R$ (US region, face value $10.00)
- $25 Roblox Gift Card — 4,584 R$ (US region, face value $25.00)
- $50 Roblox Gift Card — 9,167 R$ (US region, face value $50.00)
- $100 Roblox Gift Card — 18,334 R$ (US region, face value $100.00)
Roblox gift cards are the only reward. There is no cash, PayPal, crypto or direct-Robux payout, and we are not planning to add any.
What makes a referral “qualified”?
Anyone who signs up through your link is a referral, and you earn 5% of everything they earn from the moment they join. That part has no conditions.
Counting toward the claim requirement is stricter. A friend is qualified once they have earned at least 917 R$ from offers, linked their Roblox account, confirmed an email, kept the account for 24 hours, and signed up from a different connection than yours.
That last one is worth knowing in advance: someone signing up on your home wi-fi will not count, even if they are a real person. Full criteria are in section 6 of the Terms.
My gift card code doesn’t work
Check your Roblox account’s region first.Roblox gift cards are region-locked, and a code will not redeem on an account set to a different region. Roblox’s error message does not tell you this, which is why it catches so many people.
Then check:
- You are signed in to the Roblox account you meant to redeem on, at roblox.com/redeem.
- The code was typed exactly, including dashes.
- It has not already been redeemed.
If it still fails, email us. If the code is genuinely dead we will replace it.
I lost my code
Open the claim under your account and reveal it again. Codes are never sent by email — they live in your account, so they cannot be lost to a deleted inbox. Every reveal is logged.
My account was flagged or suspended
You will have been given a reason. If you think it is wrong, reply and say so — appeals are read by a person, and we aim to answer within five working days.
Automated fraud checks produce false positives. Shared IP addresses are normal for families, schools and mobile networks, and we would rather review a flag than wrongly take a balance off someone who earned it.
How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@[YOURDOMAIN] from your account’s address. We anonymise your account and keep the underlying transaction records with your identity stripped out — the reasoning is explained in section 7 of the Privacy Policy. Claim anything you are owed first; a deleted account cannot be restored.
Still stuck?
Email support@[YOURDOMAIN]. Include your username and, if it is about an offer, the offer name and roughly when you completed it — that is usually enough for us to find it straight away.
