Terms of Service
These terms explain how BloxCircle works, what you have to do before you can claim a reward, and what will get your account suspended. The requirements to claim are in section 5 — read that one before you start earning.

Draft — not yet in force. This document still contains unfilled placeholders and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It must not be relied on, and the site must not accept signups against it.
1. Who we are
BloxCircle is a rewards site operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME](“we”, “us”). You complete offers supplied by third-party advertising networks, we credit you an on-site balance called R$, and you convert that balance into genuine Roblox gift card codes.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” and “Robux” are trademarks of Roblox Corporation, used here only to describe the gift cards we supply.
By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. Who can use BloxCircle
- You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
- One account per person. One Roblox account may be linked to one BloxCircle account, and vice versa.
- Before your first claim you must link a Roblox account you actually control, and prove it. Your BloxCircle username is separate from your Roblox one.
- Some advertising networks restrict their offers by country or age. Where an offer is unavailable to you, it will not appear on your offer list.
3. Your account
Signing up takes a username and a password. Your BloxCircle username is your own choice and has nothing to do with your Roblox name — you link your Roblox account separately, later, before your first claim.
We will never ask for your Roblox password. Linking works by putting a short code in your Roblox profile description. Anyone asking for your Roblox password is trying to steal your account.
You can add an email address at any time, and you must confirm one before your first claim so we can tell you when a card is ready. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens on your account.
Sessions last 30 days. Revealing a gift card code, or changing your email or password, requires a recent sign-in.
4. Earning R$
R$ is an on-site balance. It is not money, it is not a currency, it has no cash value, it cannot be transferred between accounts, and it can only be exchanged for the rewards listed on the site.
When you complete an offer, the advertising network tells us it converted and what it paid us. We credit you a share of that as R$. The amount shown on the offer before you click is the amount you will receive.
Two things follow from the fact that we are paid by a third party:
- Some rewards are held. Credits from certain networks are marked pending for up to 24 hours while the advertiser confirms the completion. Pending R$ is shown separately and cannot be spent until it is released.
- Credits can be reversed. If a network later rejects or claws back a completion — most often because it was made through a VPN, an emulator, or was otherwise not genuine — we reverse the matching credit. This can take your balance below zero, and you cannot claim until a negative balance is worked off. We do this because the alternative would let someone claim a reward and then erase the debt.
Every credit, reversal and adjustment is recorded in your transaction history with a reason.
5. Claiming a reward
You cannot claim a reward as soon as you start earning. There are requirements, and they are listed here in full.
Before you can claim, all of these must be true:
- Your balance is at least 1,834 R$. This is the price of the cheapest reward — there is nothing to buy below it.
- You have verified that you own your Roblox account, by placing a short code in your profile description. We will never ask for your Roblox password.
- You have added and confirmed an email address, so we can tell you when your reward is ready and prove we delivered it.
A referral requirement exists in the product and is currently switched off. If we switch it on, we will announce it first, and anyone who already qualified to claim keeps that status.
Your progress against every one of these is shown on your dashboard from the moment you sign up, with a zero balance. You should never discover a requirement here for the first time.
Once you submit a claim:
- The R$ is deducted immediately, not when the claim is approved. You can hold one pending claim at a time.
- Claims are reviewed before fulfilment. Your first claim is always reviewed by a person.
- If a claim is rejected or you cancel it, the R$ is refunded in full and the refund appears in your transaction history.
6. Referrals
You get a personal invite link. If someone visits it and signs up, they are recorded as your referral.
- First link wins.If a visitor already has someone else’s referral recorded, yours does not replace it.
- Referrals are permanent. Who referred whom cannot be changed after signup, in either direction.
- You earn 5% of what your referred friends earn, for as long as they keep earning. This is added by us — nothing is taken out of your friend’s balance.
- You cannot refer yourself.
A referral is qualified — meaning it counts toward the requirement in section 5 — only when all of the following hold. Earning commission does not require any of this; only the claim requirement does.
- They have earned at least 917 R$ from offers. Promo codes, bonuses and manual adjustments do not count.
- They have verified their Roblox account and their email address.
- Their account is at least 24 hours old and not suspended.
- They did not sign up from the same IP address as you.
If a referred account is later suspended, or its earnings are reversed below the threshold, that qualification can be revoked and your count reduced. Revocation never takes away an ability to claim you have already earned— we are not going to penalise you months later for a friend’s conduct.
7. Gift cards
Roblox gift cards are the only reward we offer. There are no cash, PayPal, crypto or direct-Robux payouts, and we do not plan to add them.
Roblox gift cards are region-locked. A code for one region will not redeem on a Roblox account set to another. The region is shown on the reward before you claim it and you have to acknowledge it. Check your Roblox account region first — this is the single most common reason a code fails to redeem, and we cannot exchange a code because it was claimed for the wrong region.
- Codes are revealed in the app, never sent by email. Our email only tells you the reward is ready and links you here. Email accounts are compromised far more often than site sessions, and an emailed code sits in plaintext forever.
- You can re-reveal a code if you lose it. Reveals are logged with a time and IP address, which is also how we settle “I never received it”.
- If a code genuinely does not work and the cause is not a region mismatch or a code already redeemed, contact us and we will replace it.
- R$ spent on a completed claim is not refundable, and codes cannot be exchanged between denominations.
8. What you may not do
All of the following will cost you your balance and your account:
- Creating more than one account, including accounts made to satisfy the referral requirement.
- Completing offers through a VPN, proxy, Tor, emulator, or a hosting or datacenter connection. Advertisers will not pay for that traffic, so we cannot credit it.
- Falsifying offer completions, or interfering with the callbacks that tell us an offer converted.
- Editing tracking links, or attempting to credit an offer to an account other than the one that completed it.
- Automating any part of the site — scripts, bots, or automated completion tools.
- Giving false information at signup or verification, including age.
- Reselling, buying or trading BloxCircle accounts, balances or codes.
9. Suspension and appeals
We may flag an account for review, hold a claim, restrict claiming, or suspend an account where we have reason to believe these terms have been broken.
You will always be told the reason, and you can always appeal. Appeals go to a person, not a script, and we aim to answer within five working days. We are deliberate about this because automated fraud checks produce false positives — shared IP addresses are normal for families, schools and mobile networks — and a real user who completed real offers should not lose a balance to a bad guess.
Where a suspension follows confirmed fraud, any balance obtained through it is forfeit. Balance earned legitimately before that point is not.
10. Changes to the site
We may change reward prices, revenue shares, offer availability and these terms. Material changes are announced, and the date at the top of this page is updated.
Changes to what R$ is worth apply going forward, not backwards. R$ already in your balance is not retroactively revalued. If we ever needed to reduce the value of existing balances, we would announce it before it took effect rather than after.
We may suspend or discontinue the site. If we do, we will give notice and a window to claim outstanding balances where we are able to.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided as-is. Offers come from third-party networks and advertisers; we do not control their content, availability, tracking, or whether a particular completion is accepted. We cannot guarantee that any offer will credit, that offers will be available in your country, or that the site will be uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the site is limited to the value of the rewards you have successfully claimed in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here removes any mandatory legal right you have as a consumer in the country where you live.
Please contact us before starting any formal proceedings — almost everything is resolvable by email.
